太古城香港東隅Feast 全新盛夏菜單

我A姐一向都話專心做緊嘢嘅男人特別吸引,你睇下佢目不轉睛嘅迷人眼神,再加上粗壯手臂上面性感嘅青筋。嘩!真係好養眼呀!M佬,你唔好阻住我,畀望多幾眼先!我講緊嘅就係香港東隅EAST, Hong Kong嘅新任餐飲總監兼行政總廚Percy Mark!

原來Mark係土生土長嘅澳洲人,之前喺昆士蘭州學廚,主修傳統西餐,之後再嚟香港擔仼著名酒店同餐廳嘅總廚。今次,Mark貫徹Feast (Food by EAST) “Simple Things, Done Well”嘅宗旨,推出全新盛夏菜單!

愛爾蘭生蠔 Irish Oysters
新鮮即開嘅愛爾蘭生蠔,又大又肥美,爽口有淡淡嘅海水味。一人食咗一打,好滿足!

吞拿魚尼歌斯沙律 Fresh Tuna Nicoise
食少少沙律,健康一下!厚切吞拿魚,煮得啱啱好,鮮味十足,沙律菜新鮮爽口,再加埋鵪鶉蛋,黑橄欖同薯仔,好Refreshing同開胃!

白甘筍咖喱湯 Lightly Curried Parsnip Soup
第一次飲Parsnip嘅湯,Parsnip係歐洲白甘筍,又叫歐洲防風草,味道清味。嗰湯質地比較薄,不過味道依然好香濃,唔會太Heavy!

M佬主菜之選:烤穀飼雞(半隻) Half Roasted Organic Chicken
穀飼雞半隻上,份量十足!外皮搽上紅酒醬汁,烤得啱啱好,肉質嫩滑,裏面仲好Juicy同多汁,加埋檸檬汁同香草,非常滋味!

A姐主菜之選:天多利烤三文魚 Tandoori Salmon Tikka with Naan Bread
平時嘅Tandoori都係用雞,今次Mark就改用三文魚,外表貫徹鮮豔嘅橙紅色,一樣係烤至有少少燶咗。味道唔會太濃,蓋過咗三文魚嘅味道,最緊要係三文魚仲係好鮮嫩,正!識食一定係揀Naan Bread,真係好滿足!

甜品 Dessert
最後,當然要食埋甜品,我特別鍾意鮮果撻,生果新鮮,裏面嗰吉士做得好好,唔會太甜,蓋咗生果嘅鮮味!
