若要人不知,除非己莫為。哎,被A姐知道我自己一個人去咗溫野菜嘆和牛,嬲嬲豬,梗係要帶佢食温野菜On-Yasai,補返數!!!

有朋友仔可能都知道温野菜On-Yasai喺日本已經有超過300間分店,食Shabu Shabu!! 主打食材由日本福岡、鹿兒島、熊本、北海道等地直送,新鮮都震,所以價錢都偏貴。

平時ShabuShabu都係一大鍋,呢度係一人一鍋!!! 有八種湯底揀,大部分都係$29。A姐話要靚靚,嗌咗骨膠原柚子塩湯,一嚟就係就係啫喱狀,不過煲一陣就會溶咗,有淡淡嘅柚子清香。而我就叫咗鰹魚湯,嚟到唔覺好特別,裏面有幾條魚乾,滾起就好香,原來嗰啲魚乾係用咗日本傳統「手火山式」嘅煙燻方法,特別香。

餐廳名叫「温野菜」,意思係「溫熱的蔬菜」,就梗係要食菜啦!! 我哋叫咗野菜五品盛盒,一次過試五樣嘢,有生菜,旺菜,水菜,啡金菇同甘筍絲,由日本福岡同青森直送,好鮮甜,好似去咗日本咁。

出咗名大食嘅我哋,食菜就梗係唔夠啦!! 不過呢度嘅肉,真係好細碟,每碟大概得嗰四塊,勁快食完,所以我哋叫咗好夠碟。

佐賀A5黑毛和牛西冷,肉質較實,油脂較少,雖然貴啲,但我哋鐘意鹿兒島和牛肩脊肉多啲。

鹿兒島黑毛和牛肩脊肉,切得比佐賀和牛西冷薄,真係放落去嗰湯5-6秒就食得。肉味雖然較淡,但係真係入口即溶,全因較多脂肪,好正!!

而澳洲M9和牛肩脊肉同美國上級牛肋肉就較為普通,同平時食牛陣,牛涮鍋嘅差唔多。

反而,丹麥雞腿肉有驚喜,好滑好香雞味!! 一碟得4舊,食完都唔夠,真係要叫多碟。

我哋仲嗌咗黑松露免治雞肉,黑松露味唔重,肉質普通。

講真,食完咁多碟肉,都唔係好飽,埋單每人平均$400幾蚊,真係唔可以成日食。
