至Chill嘅一晚 銅鑼灣Ember

連番咗6日工,OT足6日,我終於放假喇!原本諗住煮餐飯俾M佬食,但行到去街市,見到咁多大媽,都係俾自己抖抖啦。之後M佬就好sweet咁話,不如唔好煮啦,我哋去拍拖!拍拖最重要嘅一環當然係食飯啦,而拍拖食飯當然要夠chill啦。所以今日去到銅鑼灣嘅Ember食dinner啦。

香煎鵝肝多士配無花果醬

鵝肝多士真係必點!鵝肝大塊厚切,煎至外層微焦,油潤豐腴,好香口!配上酸甜嘅無花果醬,可以解到鵝肝嘅油膩感。多士都好脆口,一啖食落口,好有層次,口感一流!

串燒拼盤

叫串燒拼盤嚟佐酒真係一流,呢個拼盤有黑毛豬辣肉腸北海道鮮帶子串、鮮三文魚串、海虎大蝦串、雞中翼串、菠蘿香腸串、煙肉車厘茄串、白菌串同粟米串!每串都有微微嘅焦香味,我哋最鍾意黑毛豬辣肉腸北海道鮮帶子串同鮮三文魚串,夠晒新鮮又juicy。

賣相好吸引,菠蘿條一層層叠起,呢杯mocktail酸酸甜甜,菠蘿味清新,解喝一流!
