值得一試!中環IFC Glasshouse驚喜Fusion菜

日日都掛住玩,終於有時間去中環Zara掃減價貨啦!好彩都買到三件裇衫同皮鞋返工!哈!A姐就……一如以往,好似想買起成間舖咁!足足行咗四個鐘……女人一買嘢,就真係老公姓咩都唔記得。踏出Zara嗰一刻,我真係餓到胃都穿!終於可以去食嘢啦!唔理喇!拉住A姐去IFC四樓嘅Glasshouse食Fusion菜。

大家都知Fusion菜係玩mix and match,而Glasshouse玩嘅主要係東南亞菜結合西菜,所以好多菜式都有好多香料,口味清新獨特。

一入到去,望住佢嗰Drink menu,杯杯Signature mocktail都咁colourful,好難唔嗌囉。我哋叫咗Midnight Gloria(圖右)同Blue Sunset(圖左),兩杯都係以泰國蝴蝶花茶為底,聽講可增強記憶,抗焦慮抑鬱,有鎮靜作用。侍應會喺你面前倒入深藍色嘅蝴蝶花茶,賣相認真好吸引。Blue Sunset味道較淡,相反Midnight Gloria好香熱情果味,但又唔會太甜。

唔多好沙律嘅我叫咗Caesar salad with fried runny egg and spider jumbo soft shell crab (炸流心蛋軟殼蟹凱撒沙律),A姐以為我為咗佢特登叫!哈,傻豬! 其實係因為佢有隻炸流心蛋咋,似乎好特別咁。外形成粒炸蝦丸咁,一切開,嗰蛋黃就即刻流出嚟,配埋香脆嘅軟殼蟹,香口惹味,無平時沙律食草嘅感覺。

鐘意食海鮮嘅A姐叫咗Steamed black mussels and clams in a clay pot (白酒蒸蜆青口)。白酒煮海鮮係好鬼佬嘅嘢,Glasshouse就加埋香茅同香葱,成個感覺就唔同哂,食完反而感得平時食嘅白酒煮青口太寡。

Pad Thai食就食得多,不過用墨魚麵代替金邊粉,真係未試過!My “Pad Thai” with black ink noodles with barbeque pork, tofu, free range hen egg and soy bean sprouts (泰式炒墨魚麵)一嚟到,嗰樣一啲都唔似平日食嘅Pad Thai,佢唔用炒蛋,反而配有半生熟蛋,畀你撈埋食。食落口就有Pad Thai嘅甜味,當中仲有少少墨魚汁,估唔到都幾夾,配埋伴碟嘅炸蝦仔同花生碎,香口開胃。呢嗰麵絕對顛覆咗我哋對Pha Thai嘅認知!

大食嘅我當然未夠飽,我哋再叫咗Spaghetti with fresh salmon and spicy chilli, Thai basi(三文魚辣味炒意粉),一次過滿足晒想食辣同三文魚嘅願望。意粉煮得啱啱好,煙靭彈牙,味道辣辣地,十分惹味!不過A姐就話普通,太好啦,無人同我爭,等我食晒佢先!

嚟Glasshouse一定要叫Crispy fries with black truffle mayo(炸薯條配黑松露蛋黃醬)。薯條炸得啱啱好,新鮮香脆,重點在於佢嗰黑松露蛋黃醬。雖然好好味,記住唔好點太多漿,因為追加黑松露蛋黃醬要HK$35。

我哋兩個食飽,終於有時間睇下間餐廳嘅裝修。餐廳三面都係玻璃,認真係玻璃屋,襯番餐廳名,更加無遮到維港景,醒目!

Glasshouse菜式份量較細,今餐埋單八百零蚊,喺IFC算係中價餐廳。可能因為我鐘意食東南亞嘢,所以值得encore!
