豪食系列:在銅鑼灣牛禪燒肉日本料理 Gyuuzen Japanese Restaurant遇上富士山下 

對於好多香港人嚟講,日本,真係百去不厭。日本嘢,同樣係百吃不厭! 見到好姊妹B小姐同佢條仔去咗睇富士山,真係恨死隔離。我哋兩個要第到3月先有得飛去日本呀!

一解日本之情,我哋決定去銅鑼灣牛禪燒肉日本料理,會一會「富士山」,望梅止渴!

一開始,整個前菜先!! 有磯煮鮑魚、大蒜同魚乾仔。嗰鮑魚好彈牙爽口感,而醬油味又唔係太濃,甜甜地,唔錯唔錯!!

入口好fresh,因為用青蘋果,所以會比較酸,我哋覺得好好味,開胃一流!

近江和牛雪山 

嘩!! 今日嘅主角嚟啦! M佬一見到,就唱《富士山下》。

不過嗰雪山最係好WOW,啲白煙喺嗰山頂係咁衝出嚟,升仙咁喎,再加埋上面嘅葉,嗰賣相真係贏晒,藝術品咁,呃like一流!

近江牛係日本三大和牛之一,油脂分佈勁平均,好粉紅,入口即溶,好香油脂味,口感細膩幼滑。醬汁有wasabi醋、山芋蓉同豉油揀! 我最鐘意豉油配wasabi,最match!提提大家,呢個富士山下需要提前一日預訂㗎!!!

龍蝦 – 非常膠口,食得出佢好新鮮。

金目鯛  – 係比較矜貴嘅魚生,肉質比較實,表皮用火槍輕輕燒過,魚味特別鮮甜!!

三文魚腩 – 入口肥美,啲魚油勁香。

深海池魚 – 相比坊間嘅池魚,呢到比較厚身,入口清甜,超級爽口!!

帶子 – 我A姐就最Like,勁大隻,好厚肉,入口清香!!

牛頸脊係牛頸至牛膊中間嗰一舊肉,係活動最多的嘅部位,所以肉質比較結實,肥瘦啱啱好!! 牛味濃郁,肉質鮮嫰,勁香脂肪油香!

尾龍扒

又叫臀肉,係牛後腿外面近股骨嗰Part。囗感同外表都有啲似牛柳粒,肉質柔韌,夠晒大粒,非常有口感。

最鐘意壽喜鍋嘅湯底,甜醬油味道香濃!!! 呢到嘅份量都幾大,不過牛肉煮得比較老身,所以有點硬。
