銅鑼灣唔想點等位?即上登龍街永光中心9樓嘅Basilico

一個旺角,一個銅鑼灣,食飯時間無訂檯,真係會等到人嬲嬲豬囉!都係M佬最醒,即刻帶我去銅鑼灣二線地段嘅登龍街覓食!

記得我仲讀緊書(當然唔係好耐之前),登龍街有好多上樓酒吧,曾經因為唔同嘅轉變,變得越嚟越少人,直到近年Jamie’s Italian嘅出現,令到登龍街人流再次回升,仲開咗好多食肆添!而M佬今日就帶我去到永光中心,望住個水牌,真係唔識揀呀,一於交畀命運啦,用點指兵兵嘅方法,雖然兒戲啲,但總算決定好今晚嘅餐廳喇!

上到嚟9樓,餐廳又幾多feel喎,原來人流都唔少,好彩等5分鐘就有位喇!

BBQ Sticky Ribs (Half)

出街食飯,總想叫多啲,因為想試多啲唔同種類嘛(當然咪做大嘥鬼),呢度就有半份嘅燒豬肋骨,啱哂心大心細嘅你啦!唔好以為半份好少喎,原來都有7條骨架,肉質仲好嫩滑添!而最重點就係個特製嘅BBQ醬汁,味道濃郁,好入味。但如果鍾意清淡啲,記住邊食燒豬肋骨嘅時候,食埋旁邊嘅沙律菜中和番。

通常我哋2個出去食飯,一碟紅肉,另一碟就會選擇白肉。今次就叫咗個Grilled Snapper,呢個魚烤得啱啱好,唔會太乾,仲保留到魚嘅鮮味。味道同個Ribs相反,只係用少少鹽吊吓味,清清淡淡,都幾清新。

Chicken Alfredo

大食嘅M佬話要叫多個意粉先夠飽,不過呢個Chicken Alfredo上檯已經有好濃嘅芝士味,唔駛講,條衰佬食唔到啦!好彩我A姐天生麗質,食極都唔肥,等我搞掂佢。嘩,真係好creamy呀!最仲要就係熱辣辣,真係全晚至愛!

講真,呢間餐廳味道同環境都算唔錯,希望下次位店員可以多啲笑容就好喇。喺銅鑼灣食到飽飽,又係時候去拍拖行街shopping喇!
